Hi, i just bought a Beats Pill+.
Connecting to the iPhone through Bluetooth is working and playing audio is also working.
I cannot configure the Beats Pill with the App. It just doesn't recognizes my Beats Pill+.
Than I thought about maybe Updating the Firmware of the Beats Pill and installed the Beats Updater on my Macbook.
The Beats Updater also doesn't recognizes the Beats Pill+.
So i installed the Beats Updater on my Samsung Laptop with Windows 7 which also doesn't recognizes it.
Last i tried to Reset the Beats Pill+ by Pressing the buttons like on the instructions on the Beats Homepage, but all the time the Beats is just turning off instead of reseting.... -.-
Beats Wireless Headphones
Then I've tried to connect my Beats Wireless Studio with the Beats Updater and both devices cannot recognize it... I just know that i updated my Beats Studio Headphones successfully in December.
What is going on here?!?!
Sorry for my bad english, im from germany đŸ˜€ and i hope you can help me out please.
The beats updater and the Beats Pill+ App are the latest Versions!
Best regards
